When I try to click on the “Edit thumb” link for an image in the gallery, I just get an empty preview window. I have deactivated all of the other plugins (to see if there is any conflict), but still receiving the same issue.

    Please help to resolve.

    Hi @pbhcpc!

    We are here to help.
Could you please share with us the current version of your NextGen Gallery plugin?
We currently have a new Version 3.0.16.

    So, please:
1.- Check if your NextGen Gallery Plugin is updated.
2.- Check if you need to update any other plugin or your active theme.
3.- Go to Gallery > Other options > Miscellaneous > and click on “Clear image cache”.

If that doesn’t work you might need to clear your NextGen Gallery Settings and try again Go to Gallery > Other options > Reset options and use the reset button.

Note: these steps will reset NextGen Gallery to the default options.
As always, we recommend performing a full website backup before any big significant change on your site.

    Please, keep us posted.

We are running Version 3.0.16 of the NextGen Gallery Plugin.

Per our original message, we have tried deactivating all the plugins to see if that changed the issue, but it does not.

    We cleared the image cache.

    Still seeing the same issue.

    Hi @pbhcpc,

Can you please try to switch to a generic theme like Twenty Seventeen and check again in order to exclude a theme conflict?

This sounds very familiar to my issue. Check the Meta popup. See if you get an empty popup on that one too.
My solution was to update the PHP version to 7.2.

    Hi @pbhcpc!

Yes! let’s check the PHP version
Please, share with us the information under Gallery > Overview > Site details.
That will provide us with some information about your environment.

Because it has been a month or more since your last reply, I am going to mark this as resolved as I assume you have found a solution. Please feel free to reply again if you still have questions. ??

    Thanks!
