Edit thumb not working

@dharmawebstudio – This issue should be corrected in our next release of NextGEN Gallery but I cannot guarantee it will work on your site if you are modifying the database directly.

As a possible work-around until we release the next version you can comment out the following line from function nextgen_esc_url():

$url = str_replace( ‘%’, ‘%25’, $url );

This should correct the double-encoded % symbol that I am seeing in the URL of the images.
