Hi pandore,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
I’m afraid that functionality isn’t anything to do with this plugin. This plugin only provides the search box; it doesn’t handle the request, nor does it serve the response (i.e. the page with results). Both of those are completed by WordPress itself (or another plugin).
That said, in order to achieve what you’re after, you’ll have to edit your theme (or create a child theme if you’re using a third party theme). You’ll then want to edit the search.php template to remove the html you don’t want to be shown.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need further guidance.
Cheers,
Joe
P.S. I’m setting this ticket as resolved as it is beyond the remit of this plugin.
P.P.S. The reason you don’t want to edit a third party theme directly is that it’ll likely overwrite your changes when it gets updated.
