Edit the content of comment notification emails

Hello!

I need to edit the text that WordPress sends in their notification emails when a new comment has been posted. This is what it looks like right now: (see screenshot).

I would like the email to say, “A new comment has been submitted that needs moderation. Click here to view the comment.” That link would take them right to the comments in the dashboard (not the post, because the comment doesn’t appear on the post until it’s approved). Those links in the email are useless for us. How can I edit the body of this WordPress email?
