It looks like that plugin doesn’t add options to the customizer. It adds a new section to the “Settings” under “Storefront Footer.”

You should be able to change the text there.

also i can’t figure out how to make the menu to put on the footer. every time i make a page for the bottom footer it puts it on the top menu and i can’t take it off.

By default, any new pages created to the site will be displayed in the header. It is possible to specify what goes there by creating a navigation menu and assigning it to the theme’s “primary” location.

Here’s a guide to creating navigation menus:

You can also create a separate menu for your footer. Then you can add it to the footer by going to Appearance > Customize and clicking on Widgets. You can add a navigation menu widget to the footer and select the menu you created. That will add a menu to your footer.

I got the menu thing to work, but when i look at it on phone/mobile it still shows all the pages in the menu but it doesn’t on PC, why would that be?

There is a separate menu location for the “mobile menu” where you can assign a navigation menu. It can be the same one you use for the “primary” menu location.

To set it go to Appearance > Customize > Menus and click on the Menu Locations spot. Look for the drop-down for the mobile menu and you can set it here.

That should let you replace the default list of pages on mobile with a menu.

one more thing. also when i look at my product page on mobile it is 2 products on one row and 1 on the row below it. do you know how to make it have all 3 of them in 1 row?

You would need to write some custom CSS to change the layout on mobile. If you need help creating that change, there are freelance developers available at Codeable who would be happy to set that up for you.

also under each of my products it says “Slelect Options”. How do i take that off?
