edit text for emails to customers

    I’m running Salon Booking as a test atm, and i like to finalise the test and go live with it. But i’m running into some issues regarding the texts of the emails to the customers. I’m using the Dutch translations but i can’t find the texts which are submitted into the emails. And there are some disturbing mistakes in the texts.
    How can i edit these texts. I’m using the Loco Translate plugin, but the exact text form the emails are not stored in the PO files.

    Its regarding the next translations:
    At the header Status is called Toestand but must be Status
    And the text after the client name is also wrong Dutch:
    neem svp kennis van de details van je reservering bij

    besides that the button CANCEL APPOINTMENT in the email gives a fatal error on the redirected page.
    And are there some more option to make the layout more smooth and fancy like i now have (LINK)

    Please give me some guidance.
