Edit template of category page showing subcategories

I’m not sure where to be so I can edit the template for the page which shows the subcategories in a specific category. (I’m using the storefront theme) For example; I’d also like some additional text or something like ‘New products’ in that parent category. Just anything…

Also, there’s no WooCommerce shortcode available for displaying subcategories on a page, otherwise I would’ve just created a new page for this, as a workaround.

If anyone could put me in the right direction, that would be great.
