    Thank you for sharing your issue.

    Do you have a custom field with a “Date” type?
    If yes, you could try opening up a subscription form, open “Fields” tab, modify the date custom field, select a different format for the type of date and save settings.

    Without having direct access to the site it’s difficult to tell, but I suspect you may have a date type with an unsupported format.
    Changing the date type of that particular custom field to a supported one should fix the issue.

    yes, a subscription form imported from Mailpoet2 had a custom date field requiring yy, mm, dd. Changed to yy, mm.
