just found that you need to type on the blank edit box to make the code visible. What is the point of that??

    Hi Pirod,

On all the browsers I have tested on it loads it in automatically.

It could a browser plugin you have installed on all your browsers that is causing it (most likely not)

However to find out the exact nature can you tell me a bit more about your set up?

    • Client (your pc) Operating System
    • Client Browser (s) and version(s)
    • Any browser add-ons
    • Server Software (if known)
    • PHP version
    • WordPress Version

Once I have this information I’ll take a second look and see if there is anything I can find.

As a side note, does it show up if you turn off the Code Mirror editor (rich snippet editor)? (it could be that the version of Code Mirror doesn’t sit well with your setup)

    Cheers

    Hi,

Yes, it is related to the rich editor. If I hit ALT key, the content also shows, otherwise remains white. I deactivated the rich editor, but then the textarea is of only2 lines… I see no JS errors on firebug. I will check on other PCs…

I have all browsers on last version on Win10 PRO64. Server is centos, PHP5.4, WP 4.2.2 (all updated).

    Hi Pirod,

Please do, I have not encountered this error before (nor has it been reported)

You can email me at [email protected]

    Cheers

    Hi Pirod,

The JS is being messed with by your performace optimizing stuff

Clear the caches for the performace plugins and it should work again.

    Cheers
