Edit shipping address from order on my account page

    Hi

    Is it possible to let my customer change the shipping address from theire order after the checkout in my account? If I go to my account page and select a order it is not possible to change the shipping and billing address of my order. Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi Jan,

    Once an order has been placed, the customer will need to contact you/ the store directly so you can manually update the order details if they want to change the shipping address.

    I’m not aware of any ways around this other than to get a developer to write up some custom code for you. If you want to explore that route, I’d suggest reaching out to one of the services on our Customizations page (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/).
