Edit screen not showing any HTML content

    This is very strange. It is possible that this is something to do with an update to your theme? It could be running the theme description through a function which is stripping out your HTML. I would check in the category template files to see if this is the case.

    Wait… if you go to edit the category description, is the HTML visible there? Does it work if you reformat the description and save it? Is it possible that the site owner may have edited the description since you last checked?
