edit schedule time

I am trying to send a daily email to all subscribers with post posted daily, but i want it sent at a specific time… i tried manually configuring cron settings and couldn’t quiet figure it out (server coding is a little advanced for me) b/c i don’t have cpanel or plex.
so is there a simple way to change the ‘time’ an email can be send via using WP CRON to generate emails?
