Edit Resumes (Resume Manager) as "Redakteur"

My client (I am the WP Admin) has a WorpPress account with “editor” permission. Why can’t he – as an editor – use the plugin WP Job Manager (especially WP Resume Manager)?? I dont’t want to give him admin rights just to allow him to manage his resumes! So how can he edit his Resumes in WP Renume Manager, simply as an EDITOR (not as Admin) ? I’m asking for quick response, please!
