Edit Related Posts Button Not Working

When I click the edit related posts button, it just refreshes my page. When I check it in firebug there’s just a “#” as the destination. I’ve tried this in all my browsers: firefox, chrome, and safari. I’m currently using it via the single.php page instead of using the default options via the admin panel, but it didn’t work with just the default settings in the admin panel either.
