Edit registration/activation text in Buddypress

  • Hello,

    I would like to edit some things about the registration form and activation. For example, when someone registers, it shows them a page called “Check Your Email To Activate Your Account!” and I want to edit this text. So I went to my buddypress folder > bp-themes > bp-default > registration and edited the register.php and activate.php. But it’s not working. Is there another file I need to edit?
