Edit registration form

  • Hello,

    I am facing a problem when I go to edit user registration form. Please have a look of the screenshot https://prntscr.com/kj1gmd

    When I built the site, then I was able to edit the form, but, now it’s disabled.

    Also, how I can enable captcha option for registration form?

    I’m having the same problem. It just spins but doesn’t load. Hoping they will fix this ASAP and respond here.

    Try explorer are you on chrome?

    I’m using Chrome on a Mac so I don’t have Explorer. Is it working for you in Explorer?

    Try anyother browser yes its working perfectly

    Ok I’ll try that and see if it works. Any ideas why Chrome isn’t working? It’s the one I use the most. Thanks for your help!

    dunno still on the new .24 update working on it frontend works back end they need to update

    I tested on firefox, internet explorer and chrome on Mac OsX and windows. But, nothing working for me

    Hi @w3helps and @elliewebdrop,

    It looks like a conflict with your theme or other plugins.
    Please make sure that you have the latest 2.0.24 version of the plugins installed.
    Try to clear your browser cache or use a private/incognito window.
    Do the DB upgrade under the Ultimate member section on your dashboard if it’s available.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    I deactivated all others plugins and active twenty seventeen theme. But, still the issue appears. Also, I updated the plugin. https://prntscr.com/kjbiwz

    Since i upgraded yesterday, i could not edit the registration form ?? Maybe a bug on this upgrade ?

    There was a new update this morning and that seems to have cleared up the problem for me, anyway. I wasn’t able to edit the forms in Chrome but now I can.

    @ultimatemembersupport In my experience, when the plugin worked fine before an update, then it doesn’t after an update, without any other plugin changes, then it’s usually the fault of that plugin update not conflicts with other plugins.
