Edit registation form

On my website on my mobile I see the add listing button, I want to remove it, do you know how?? And i want and I want the telephone number to be mandatory/obliged in the registration form, is there a setting button for that?

No i mean : my website on the mobile version shows at home page, above right a button with the text: ”+ Add Listing” but it doesn’t work and it doesn’t look nice and how do I get rid of it?
