    Hi,

I’m noticing that the longer the Y-Axis data set in my charts, the more “padding” (blank space) appears as a border between introductory text and chart image. This is when using the default settings.

On the link provided, click on the tab at the top of the page that reads “Attendance” and you will find the Visualizer chart.

After the text “Tilting your mobile device may offer better viewing”, you will see another enormous amount of blank border area before the chart appears. The more Y-Axis entries there are, the larger this space becomes.

How do I fix this in Settings please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @andycrossley,

Thank you for reaching out and using the Visualizer plugin.

I checked the chart and noticed that the chart height is set to 2500px. Would you please check it under the chart size and placement section (https://vertis.d.pr/DwvxWQ)? If you find the height is 2500px, please try to change it and check the chart again.

Let us know how it goes.
