Edit Profile stopped working

I have recently moved the hosting of a customer’s site to WP-Engine. Afterwards, the edit profile link no longer works. When going to https://url.com/profile=username/?profiletab=main&um_action=edit I’m just getting a 404 error.

This worked/works on the old hosting provider.

I’ve tried taking things all the way down to just having the Ultimate Member plugin and the 2015 theme and it still has the same issue. I’ve checked the Query Monitor and it has a few little issues with WooCommerce but nothing on UM. I’m was still running 1.3.88 but updated that to 1.3.89. I’m just not sure where to go from here. Seems like I had this issue over a year ago when this site was first built, but I cannot remember what I did to get it working.

I’m running through all of the forum posts but haven’t found anything that has been able to get me past this yet. Any ideas?
