Edit profile redirection error

  • Hi, I am using buddyboss platform with polylang and if I am clicking on “Edit profile” I am being redirected on a page named “groups” where is nothing. I contacted the Buddyboss support and they told me the problem comes from polylang. Tried using a different theme (Twenty Twenty-Three ) and I got the same result.
    Can you please help me with any solution/suggestion?

    OK why not. So I suppose that they debug the issue and found out what problem in Polylang is causing your issue. So I suggest that they explain it precisely in a way that we could fix it and that you (or they) report the problem by opening a GitHub issue. Otherwise I don’t see how we could help.
