Edit profile page not working

    Hi, I have a problem with the plugin.
    The User profile, the login form and the registration form works fine, but I can’t edit my profile: I have no access to the edit profile page/form and account page. I can’t understand what’s the problem, because in localhost and on another example site (with the same theme, the same worpress version, the same plugin version and the same plugin settings) the plugin works fine. I can’t see neither the Profile form live preview.
    Someone could help me?

    Hi @andrea302,

    Do you have any other membership or content restriction plugins installed?
    Make sure you are using Admin role.
    Try to do a quick conflict test to rule out plugin/theme conflicts and see if this helps.
    Please see our doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure.

    I can’t understand what is the problem, because I have no plugin/theme conflicts.
    Now the problem is limited only on the account page.
    I manually added the [ultimatemember_account] shortcode on the account page, but the form is not showed.
    Form div elements are found in the account page, but the page it’s blank, the form is not displayed.
    Any solution?

    Resolved. I had a server error. I didn’t have a php extension.

    Same problem here, ‘Account’ page is completely blank and cant edit it either. I’m using Divi theme. All other pages work.
    Please explain ‘I didn’t have a php extension.’
