Edit Profile option no available

    The Edit Profile option when you click on the Gear icon is not available on the profile page. This used to be there, but now it doesn’t appear for any of the users including Admins. What’s went wrong?

    Hi @sbassah,

    Do you have any other membership or role editing plugins installed?
    This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
    Please do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts and see if it helps.
    Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Thanks for the response. But I got it to work by updating the PHP version to 7. Just updating this to help any other person having the same issue. Cheers
