Edit profile not working and no show

    hi there
    i’m still figuring out how profilegrid is working.
    but it must be very easy to edit my own profile….yes?
    but if i click on the link to edit then i only see that i’m a man and thats it.
    i cannot change anything else?
    i dont see anything else?
    so my personal details are not showing?
    also if a new member wants to register they can fill in their BIO
    but also that BIO is not showing on their profile and others cannot see anything about other members?
    so what to do?
    I had first the plugin Ultimate member installed but i change to profilegrid and deleted Ultimate member.
    Is there any chance that there is a conflict in the source code?

    Hello @jkreukniet,

    You may display the fields on the user profile by referring to the following steps:

    1) Login to the WordPress dashboard and go to the ProfileGrid menu.
    2) All Groups will be listed here, then go to the “Group Registration Form” for a group.

    3) Next you will see the list of fields for that group. You can edit, delete or add fields from here.

    4) To show fields on the search page, enable the option “Display on Profile Page” in field settings.

    We have tested the edit profile issue and it does not reflect on our end. The issue can be due to any reason and it hasn’t happened before. Please get in touch with us using this form and mention all the details. We will try our best to sort it out for you.
