    Hi. I’m trying to edit the output code that you display on a user’s profile page. Basically I’d like to change the text “Accept to receive emails…”

    And also change the formatting as currently it doesn’t look good on the frontend bbpress profiles – I need to add a separator and some space.

    If you could point me in the right direction of where to look? Thanks.

    I don’t have any experience with BBPress so can’t offer much insight there.

    When defining user profile fields on the Dashboard, there really isn’t much control over their look and place nor placement. They are simply placed in a table in the email-users.php – you can find the code between lines 561-600 (or there abouts).

    If there is some particular CSS classes added to the HTML let me know and it would be pretty easy to add.
