Is it possible to edit profile (about) fields on the front-end instead of the WP back-end? We don’t want members to be able to access the back-end.

    Hello @dwaser1,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, the plugin allows users to edit their profile information on the profile page from the frontend after logging in to the site. Users must be members of a group to use this feature of the plugin.

Once a user logs in to the site and checks the profile page, an “Edit Profile” link is displayed under the “About” tab.

I hope this helps, let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you for your reply.

I have added the [profilegrid_profile] shortcode to the WooCommerce account by creating a custom endpoint and deleted the my-profile page. Seems like you can only edit the profile when the my-profile page is linked with general setting Profile Page > my-profile.

When i click “edit profile” now, it redirects me to the wp login page and nothing further happens.

Is there any way to make this work? I’m imagining a custom php function to redirect the edit profile function to the new endpoint but my expertise isn’t sufficient. Is this even possible what i’m trying to create?

    Hello @dwaser1,

In order to make the edit profile feature work, you will be required to configure the profile page in global settings of plugin.

Currently, it cannot be redirected to any other custom URL.
