Edit post toolbar does not fit with some plugins

Certain plugins such as nextgen and subscribe2 add icons to the New/Edit post toolbar.
These icons cause the toolbar to stretch into the next collumn.
This did not happen in 2.6 so I think this might be an issue with wordpress.
