Edit post no longer functionable after update WP 5.02 / 2019 1.1

    I have updated my WP to 5.02 and the twenty nineteen theme to 1.1. Now I am no longer able to edit an existing post. Clicking “edit” will get me a blank white screen. Nothing more. What to do?

    Sorry, cache problem. All ok now!

    I similarly have updated today WordPress 5.02, and can no longer:
    – add a new article
    – edit previously published articles
    – access the Jetpack settings
    My theme is Hueman Pro with a clid theme
    but switching to your Twentynineteen theme, the problems are still present.

    I am facing this problem in fresh wordpress installation
    this is such a basic functionality and it stops further work.

    I’m not an expert by any means but I’ve found that these problems have been caused by plugins. If it isn’t the cache or layers of them, try turning off the plugins. Some people start by turning all of them off and testing. Then testing one at a time as they turn them back on. I go in reverse starting with the ones that haven’t been updated in the last 6 months. Since I don’t know programming, the connections between plugins that could be causing a problem is impenetrable.
