Edit post form disappeared after update

    Hello, I updated from version 3.20.12 to Version 3.21.8 and now all edit post forms have disappeared from my website. The ones where users can edit their own posts, they are just gone in the frontend for the users…

    Only admins can still see it.

    Maybe there is a bug in the newest update, because in the release notes it says: “Added option Special Permissions to allow users to edit other posts and users if checked”

    Or is there a new option I have to apply somewhere? But if I understand it right, nothing should change per default…

    WARNING: If I were the plugin creator, I would maybe roll back the latest version of the plugin. A simple plugin rollback is not resolving the issue! A database backup is needed. I am lucky I did it at night on a staging environment and that I had a database backup!

    @michaelrich We made changes to the permissions settings. Can you try reconfiguring the permissions tab and let me know if that helps. Your settings should have been saved, but it seems that maybe they were not, so you should reconfigure them
