    Hello,

I just in installed Popup maker for testing and it looks so far very fine. Unfortunately when trying to edit a popup the menu “Triggers” disappears after a few seconds (video can be provided). I did some testing and found out, this happens also with a default theme and all plugins deactivated, but only on Chrome. On Edge e.g. the problem does not occur. As my customer uses Chrome, could you help me to get it to work there?

    Best regards, Gaby

    Hi Gaby,

Sorry to hear you’re seeing issues with your popup.

It’d be very helpful for us to see the video. You can send a link here or privately via Support Request – Popup Maker.

Since you already tested for conflicts, and it appears only in Chrome, do you happen to have extensions installed in that browser?

If you can provide more information for us, that would be very helpful.

    We’ll wait for your reply!

    Hi Kim,

thanks to you quick response and the reference to the extensions. In fact “Cookie Notice Blocker 1.7” caused the problem. After deactivating it, the triggers menu stays in the panel.

In case you’re still interested how it looked: you’ll find the video here.

    Thanks, Gaby
