    Hello,
I’m curious if there is a way to change the way the permalink structure works for replaced media since the way it works now someone could replace an image with a simple name that could take that useful permalink from future use for pages. For example, you can edit the permalink structure for posts pretty easily to ensure against this and all updated media is preceded by wp-content, but this plugin uses generated permalinks for replaced media.
    Thanks!

    Hi @thetishbyte,

For now, Enable Media Replace doesn’t change the way the permalink structure works. It just replaces your images and, if you want, changes the filename, but that’s it. The permalink structure keeps being managed by WordPress.

    Thank you,
I soon realized that was the case, sorry for the inconvenience.
