Edit permalink button don't work after update to 3.9.1

  • Hello. I have a problem after WP update. In post don’t work “edit permalink” button, and don’t added tags.

    I use Safari and here is information in error console:

  • Can you try using a different browser please? Firefox or Chrome.
    This will help narrow the problem down.

    The problem not gone. I try in Firefox.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    I noticed that when you try to add a tag or edit a permalink in address bar added:

    # post_name – when I try to edit the permalink
    # titlediv – when I push “Choose from the most used tags”

    I reinstall wordpress fully. When the instalation was finished I try to add tags – working without problems. Then I upload wp-content folder and upload my database. The problem back – tags and edit permalink button in post does not work. Maybe the problem in database? Where I should search the bug? Thanks
