Edit Page, the Yoast Plugin Displays the Data for A Different Page

Heres a strange one for you that I’m really struggling with.
I have a few pages on my website.
When I click ‘Edit Post’ and look at the WordPress SEO Admin box, it’s pulling back the keyword, title and meta for a different completely unrelated page.
If I type in new info and click save, it continues to pull back the data from the wrong page.
Viewing that page through the front end, it shows the CORRECT data that I typed in.
Has anyone ever come across something like this before??
