Edit page and customizer option not showing in frontpage in admin section

    My head is banged right now i am just try to add side bar widgets to the footer and suddenly i got the problem that in frontpage i cant see the customizer option and Edit page option.
    I tried all solution by checking the reading section to display front page,also using the back end customize to display front page but not getting any solution.
    Am trying this in local host,on other of wordpress themes its work but not only work on the theme which am working right now
    hope to get help fast

    Finally got so stupid i am,just i left to add this line in footer,wasted 5 days on this.
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>
    </body>
    </html>
