Edit order redirect to 404

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are met with a 404 redirect when modifying orders within WooCommerce → Orders, correct?

As a first step, can you head over to?Dashboard → Settings → Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings?

Doing this will rebuild your?.htaccess?file, and hopefully, clear the issue of the 404 redirect.

If this makes no difference, please can you share the following:

• System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

Also, your theme has many outdated templates. For testing purposes, can you please try switching to the Storefront temporarily?

Yes I emptied the permalinks, and on a local version on my computer with exactly the same version of plugins / themes, everything works. The problem is only on the production website.

To clarify, what happens if you switch the site theme temporarily to Storefront, and disable all plugins except WooCommerce? Does the issue persist after editing and saving an order? If not, you can then switch back the theme to the original one, and then reactivate the plugins one by one until you find the cause of the issue as explained here.

If that does not help, can you please check if there is any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs? (if any is visible, let us know).

Thank you for your answers, I thought it could be due to a product of an order but finally without particular action the problem went away and I could not identify it.
