HI, When someone gets their order complete email with a download link then clicks the link it goes to a web page saying “This is not your download link.”

The download works fine on the my account page.

How do I either fix the problem or edit the order complete email so I can ask them to go to their account page to get the download.

I’ve look at the email template and can’t figure it out.

    Thank you in advance
    Kimberly

I figure out it was because I was not logged in the correct store account when I clicked the link. DUH!! lol

Now, can someone tell me where I can edit the “This is not your download link.” codes or page so I can add you must be logged in note. Foxfire gives a note saying “You must be logged in to download files. Login →” but IE 10 only says “This is not your download link.” with no reason why.

    Thank you
    Kimberly
