Thanks for your good words and for this question. I assume you are referring to the “Bulk Edit” feature (Bulk Actions/Edit).
You can adjust the number of items that are shown on each page of the Media/Assistant submenu table. Click on the “Screen Options” pull-down in the upper right corner of the screen (next to the on-screen “Help” dropdown). This will open up a long list of checkboxes; the columns you can add to or hide from the table display. Below the checkboxes you will see something like “10 Entries per page” and an “Apply” button. Change the “10” to a larger value, such as 25, 50 or 100, then click “Apply” to refresh the page with the new number of items displayed in the table.
You can click the checkbox just below “Bulk Actions” to select all of the items on the page and then proceed with your Bulk Edit tasks.
