Edit newly created profile form will go to edit the default profile form

Hello,

I created a new profile type form in UM and placed its shortcode in a page.
When viewing the page, I can see the new profile form display correctly.

However, when I clicked the gear icon and select “Edit Profile”, it will go to the default profile form for edit data but not this new created profile form for edit data.

I don’t want to be like this. I want my users to edit the data displayed on this new profile form but not go to the default profile form for edit. May I know how can I do this?

And I’ve another issue that I tried to use some UM shortcodes in page but all not working, such as:

[ultimatemember_profile_progress_bar]
[ultimatemember_profile_completeness]
[ultimatemember_online max=”11″ roles=”all”]

When I view the page, it just displayed back the shortcodes to me without compiling. Any idea why they don’t work?
