edit new theme (but do not display while editing)

    Hi.

    Is there a way to edit a new theme but not have it visible on my site while I’m editing it? I don’t want my readers to see it until I have all the tweaks fixed.

    Haha cool. So, I tried what you said in order to view the other theme, but it appears that I can put whatever I want where the theme name goes and it doesn’t make a difference. Any ideas?

    Did you activate the plugin? (Actually I don’t use it, just know about its existence; I installed XAMPP on my computer and I do all the theme editing there)

    Yeah, it’s activated.

    Sorry about that, I somehow got banned from the support site. Not sure why.

    Anyway, yes it’s activated but no, it won’t work.
