    Hi.

    This looks like a jQuery version mixup issue. The probably cause if some plugin is overwriting your default Jquery files with its own copy and breaking things. Since Wp-Insert is almost entirely javascript and ajax driven any plugin breaking javascript will break Wp-insert backend.

    Please try deactivating other plugins one by one until you find the offending plugin. Once the offending plugin is found I can release a workaround if the other plugin follows WordPress standards to some extent.
