Edit media-metadata

    Hi,
    what do we have to do to allow an user to edit the metadata of media?
    At the moment he cant even edit the media he uploaded himself and there is no checkbox which looks responsible for that.

    We checked “upload files” and as far as i remember some weeks ago that was enough to let a user edit his own files.
    so…what can we do?

    Hi Axel,

    Additionally to the ‘upload_files’ user should be capable to edit the post to which this media library item was attached.
