‘Edit Image’ Button not showing in 2.9 or 3

  • The ‘Edit Image’ Button is not showing up when images are uploaded. See screenshot:

    I’m running CentOs Linux on Windows. I’ve installed GD Library and enabled it in extensions in the php.ini file. I have also restarted the Apache server, not if I need to restart something else.

    Any ideas?
