  • PHP websites don’t have HTML code to edit in the same way static sites do. The HTML is generated from various places (theme template files, CSS, WP Core, plugins, etc.) when the page is loaded in the browser. It’s generally possible to modify things, but where and how depends on your theme and site. The other thing you should know if that if you modify theme files your changes will be lost when the theme is updated. Instead you should use a child theme –

    I just switched from Blogger and they have the capability to edit code so I assumed it was possible to it here. Thank you for your help.
