Edit google meta tag

    I’ve set up my wordpress page jscarcare.nl
    When i search for my page on google by j’s carcare.

    The title is okay but the meta tags underneath the title is a bunch of words collected from my site.

    I would like to change this to something relevant to my page.

    How can i do this?

    I’m using the theme modality.
