• This plugin could be exactly what I need, except for one issue – clicking the “edit” button on a comment goes straight to my 404 page.

Please leave some URL. What edit button you mean? wpDiscuz comment edit button is AJAX powered, it can’t go to any page.

My site isn’t open to the public yet, so you wouldn’t be able to see. The button I’m referring to is the green “edit” button under each product discussion post. I figured out that my membership plugin was causing the 404 error, but I still have a question – Is the “edit” function limited to those with back-end dashboard access? If so, what is the minimum WP user role needed for a user to be able to edit a comment on their product? (Products are created by a variety of users – I was hoping to find a way the creator of each product could manage the comments on that product.)

Edit function is enabled for Admins, Editors and for Comment Owners (commenter, registered user with any role).
