Edit & Format View Not Auto Formatting

Most all of my nominated posts that are sent to drafts are not formatting correctly. Below I posted the sequence of events from nominating content to editing for a final post. Because the content does not come over formatted similar to the original pages post (i.e. links are stripped from the content, pictures removed, words aren’t wrapped) its actually quicker to copy and paste the content from the site into a new post.
Is this a error on my dashboard somehow?
