    Hello! I keep finding the edit form link, and nothing else (no form at all), at the bottom of my pages. I log out of wordpress etc and keeping only having that link on my pages.

    Would appreciate any help!

    I hope you are doing well today.

    Upon reviewing your site I couldn’t find any issues, its loading fine in my end, have you tried checking it with a different browser? maybe the browser cache or an extension is causing a Javascript conflict.

    Additionally, I sent a test submission to make sure its working as expected:

    If changing the browser was helpful please try clearing the browser cache and disabling extensions to find the root cause of the issue. You can also try changing the load method in form settings, it can be found under the behavior tab.
