Edit Font Size on Album Title in Widget?

Where are settings to control the font size on the text below album thumbnails in the Thumbnails Albums widget? I am trying to override the 9px span style via the Settings page, but the changes won’t apply.
Version: Database revision: 5221. WP Charset: UTF-8. Current PHP version: 5.3.15. WPPA+ API Version: 5-2-21-000
The widget appears in the “LATEST PHOTOS” section on this page:
