EDIT FLOW : open_basedir restriction in effect & index.php/index.php.php

I’ve been searching on this subject for days but couldn’t fi it by my own.

Since last week, we have a new error in Edit Flow module, that triggers in all site (FO & BO) :
Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/clients/client1/web2/web/guides/wp-content/plugins/edit-flow/modules/index.php/index.php.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/clients/client1/web2/web:/var/www/clients/client1/web2/private:/var/www/clients/client1/web2/tmp:/var/www/eco-bebe.com/web:/srv/www/eco-bebe.com/web:/usr/share/php5:/usr/share/php:/tmp:/usr/share/phpmyadmin:/etc/phpmyadmin:/var/lib/phpmyadmin:/dev/random:/dev/urandom:/var/www/clients/client1/web2/web/) in /var/www/clients/client1/web2/web/guides/wp-content/plugins/edit-flow/edit_flow.php on line 121

Note : the path is authorized in open_basedir
