Edit fields in testimonials form

  • I recently started using your plugin and I am happy so far. I just would like to edit the fields in the form. How do you change the field names? for example changing company name to pet name (i have a pet product and services business). I may also need to add items but at the very least need to edit the field names to fit my business. Please advise.

    Also, is there any security or spam protection on this plugin?
