edit Existing Fields & rearrange them in Lead Management?

1. Lack of functionality of editing Existing Fields:
Those outdated fields or typos need to be edited or deleted just like Existing Statuses.2. Need to rearrange those selected fields in a custom order rather than the default order which can be found in area of Existing Fields.
I couldn’t find a way to achieve my purpose, anyone can please help me?
